At PTP Unity Academy, our mission is to provide free, life-changing education to marginalized communities. While most of our services are free, we outline refund guidelines below for transparency in rare cases where payments may apply (e.g., donations, premium NGO features).

1. Free Courses

All courses and certifications on the platform are 100% free. No payments or refunds apply to learners.

2. Donations

• Refund Requests:

Accidental or duplicate donations can be refunded within 30 days of transaction.

• Non-Refundable:

Donations older than 30 days support urgent program costs and cannot be refunded

3. Premium NGO Services (If applicable)

• Satisfaction Guarantee:

NGOs unsatisfied with premium features (e.g., analytics dashboards) may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

• Technical Issues:

If services are unusable due to platform errors, we’ll resolve the issue or refund promptly.

• Non-Refundable:

Custom-developed content or services already delivered.
